Darren has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has been the Factory Manager of a successful cabinetry company for over 5 years. During this time he has obtained the necessary qualifications to become fully qualified in all things cabinetry, and has become a registered member of JITO.
Darren is passionate about his job and is confident in the standard of work that he produces. He has gained the experience, knowledge and confidence required to start a business with Gareth and is certain that together, they can provide quality cabinetry for you at affordable prices.
Building the reputation of T brothers is something that Darren thrives on. Willing to do whatever he can to build this business to the level he knows it deserves. Do not be fooled by his rough exterior, he is approachable in every way and happy the lend advice where ever needed.

Gareth is a trade certified car painter with 17 years experience, giving him a great eye for detail. Gareth has trained 5 apprentices and is an experienced manager of a panel and paint company. Through this position, Gareth has gained the knowledge and experience necessary in dealing with customers and producing quality products to the highest level. Gareth will not let anything leave the factory floor unless is passes his critical eye.

With 20 plus years experience, Weng has become the benchmark at t brothers. When it comes to quality, efficiency and knowledge, Weng leads the way. A fully qualified cabinetmaker / joiner and a registered member of JITO.
Weng sets himself lofty goals and meets them every time. He has also been given the nick name of the human CNC as he can produce anything by hand that a CNC machine could do.

Jordie started in the industry straight from school in 2015 and was trained by Darren through the majority of his apprenticeship. He gained qualifications in joinery manufacturing / installing and CNC operating and machining. He has since further developed his skills in the trade by leading jobs, training our apprentice and site measures / client meet and greets.
Jordie is enthusiastic about his work and takes great pride in delivering a great product.
With a bright future ahead we expect Jordie to take leaps and bounds to becoming one of the best cabbies in the industry.

Prior to joining T brothers, Stiaan was the Production/Operations Manager at The Kitchen and Cupboard Factory, Western Cape, South Africa. He hold’s a combined 21 years’ experience in the cabinetry industry including 10 years’ experience installing custom built-in joinery and kitchens at both residential and commercial level.
Stiaan is technically minded and enjoy’s taking on new challenges with a hands-on approach. He is meticulous and pay’s great attention to detail, a logical thinker with great problem solving skills, working well independently and within a team. Stiaan is honest, trustworthy and extremely dedicated to his career growth and goals.
Stiaan has extensive knowledge of European trade concepts & fittings and has worked closely with market leading suppliers such as Blum, Grass, Wurth, Hafele, Hettich & Egger.
Because of his personality and passion for this industry he has been given the nick name “Mr Carisma”! An asset to the business for sure.

Jayden is the newest member to the T brothers team. Having just signed on to his BCITO apprenticeship, Jayden can expect to learn a lot under the guidance of the team on the tools. Whether he is working in the factory or onsite, the job allows him to push his limits and deliver what is asked of him. Although Jayden is new to the industry he has the willingness to learn and takes instructions well. Definitely a bright future ahead!
